// 01 · THE MISSION

AI proposes. The accountant decides.

Intel Tax Outsourcing SAS, an accounting and tax outsourcing firm, decided to adopt ChatGPT Work as a corporate tool and needed its whole team to start from the same base: of its eight members, four already used AI and four had not yet brought it into their work. Based on an assessment of their needs, I designed a tailored proposal and a theory-and-practice workshop focused on the responsible use of the tool, with special emphasis on protecting their clients' financial and tax information.

Use AI, always with an accountant's judgment.

The workshop pairs short explanations with activities drawn from day-to-day accounting work, so each concept is practiced on the spot and turns into concrete work habits.

Exercises are split by level: beginners learn the fundamentals from scratch while experienced users go deeper and systematize their good practices, all within the same session.
